Paktainer offers round-sealed liners. They are mainly used in popular barrels with a capacity of 200-220 liters. Thanks to the special round seal, the liners are waterproof, and with the use of special valves, they can be used for vacuum packaging or in a modified atmosphere (using nitrogen or carbon dioxide).
Drum liners or other liners with a flat bottom can be used to pack food products or chemicals in the form of liquids, pastes, granulates, powders. Thanks to the use of special laminates, high-temperature materials such as hot melts can also be packed in them.
The liners can be made of PE foil, multilayer EVOH-based foils, or aluminum-based laminates.

Form-fit liners are manufactured using extrusion blow molding or thermoforming, typically from polyethylene and polypropylene. The liners are precision molded to fit perfectly into the containers, acting like a second skin. The preformed collar ensures easy and quick assembly and a clean and efficient filling process.
